The Nick Nairn Cook School is the ultimate foodie day out.
All classes are taken by Nick himself where you will cook
your starter and main, then choose dessert from our al la carte menu.
Depending on the time of year and growing season, the day
often starts with a tour of the polytunnel where guests are invited to select
produce for the day.
Our classes here are all very informal with the focus on
learning in an informal and relaxed setting. You'll find wonderful food, great
wine and, of course, good company and whether you struggle with the toast or are a dab hand at soufflés, we'll make sure that the experience is both entertaining and worthwhile.

Nick Nairn Cook School Gift Vouchers
From Saturday the 23rd of November a limited number of Gift Vouchers will be available to purchase online. Gift vouchers purchased will have an expiry date of 31st July, classes must be booked and redeemed by this date.
Gift Vouchers offer full flexibility and allow the recipient the freedom to select a menu and date of their choice.

Direct Class Bookings
A timetable with dates for early 2025 is available now. Bookings can be made directly onto a class for a specific date, customers are reminded that if the recipient is unable to attend and must change the date for whatever reason, they may be subject to a cancellation fee in line with our terms and conditions ( View our full terms and conditions here).
